Is the fountain made of marble? Love the pinkish hue on this. Looks like a quiet day.
Tracy: Yes maria it is marble. Not many people about because it was getting late on in the daybut it was wet too.
Thanks
I have been visiting Rome of your hand! Thanks to remember these corners! I like the treatment of the color that these doing. It is different!
Tracy: You are very welcome Jose Angel.Thank you for your comment
Hmmm. Fighting with a dolphin. I thought dolphins were supposed to be the friendliest, most peaceful of all creatures! I sure would like to know what THAT'S all about, Tracy.
I find the colors of the pinkish marble against the orange-ish walls most tantalizing!
Tracy: I was bewildered by the dolphin statement too, but who am I to question history!!!
Thanks for your kind words Ginnie
There are beautiful colours everywhere in this wonderful image, Tracy.
Great that the city elders provide such artistic roosts for their beloved pigeons. All the signs are that the wrestling match is one of these sham events, such as the TV stuff that seems so popular these days...the Ethiopian is very half-hearted and un-aroused by the goings-on.
Tracy: I always laugh at the pigeons they get everywhere. I agree about the sham events too.
Thanks
This is a great wide angle shot, Tracy! Each sculpture tells part of the story.
Tracy: Thanks so much Kay, nice to have you back
Tracy I like the colour tones

Great shot here again, love the colours, I love the way the water falls, btw...I cannot keep my eyes of the very muscular bodies....they are in shape
Tracy: LOL musketeer, they go to the gym and work out at least three times a week and then they go to the swimming baths twice a week. They have the weekend off
Thanks for your kind words as usual mijn vreind
What a fun statue Tracy, I hope you got some close-ups of the individual characters as well.
